For Domestic Workers.
We've compiled a variety of resources to assist domestic workers with their employment in Hong Kong.
If your employer does not already provide documentation of your pay each month, use our template to track your wages. Both the employer and the employee should maintain a record. We suggest printing two copies of the payslip and having each party sign and retain their original version.
For Employers of Domestic Workers.
We believe a decent workplace starts in the home.
Most issues that domestic workers encounter can be avoided if there were better understanding of their rights. Our code of conduct is a general guide that sets out a minimum standard for employers on how to treat domestic workers fairly.
