Senior Communications and Development Officer

Franchesca completed her Politics degree at the University of Hong Kong, focusing her research on bottom-up, community-led approaches for social change. Before joining HELP, she worked at a sustainability-focused NGO in Hong Kong and volunteered with a Kenyan NGO which supports locally-led poverty alleviation initiatives. She believes that lasting, equitable change starts within communities, and is committed to work that advances these efforts.
