Jayne was the HR Director of an international oil & gas business in the UK. She has over 25 years of corporate executive, operational and international HR experience, predominantly in the energy sector. Her expertise is in developing strategies to support businesses through periods of significant organisational change, restructuring and the human resources impact of acquisitions & disposals. She volunteered with HELP and undertook various organisation development projects before joining the Board.
