Board Chair

Jayne leads the Board of Directors, ensuring that it fulfils its responsibilities for the governance of the organisation while enabling the Board to act strategically to meet both policies and priorities.

Jayne was the HR Director of an international oil & gas business in the UK. She has over 25 years of corporate executive, operational and international HR experience, predominantly in the energy sector. Her expertise is in developing strategies to support businesses through periods of significant organisational change, restructuring and the human resources impact of acquisitions & disposals. She volunteered with HELP and undertook various organisation development projects before joining the Board.
