Head of Case Management and Research

Rachel is a Hong Kong-qualified lawyer and holds a double degree in Literature and Law from the University of Hong Kong. Before joining HELP, she was a Research and Policy Officer at a local nonprofit supporting refugees and asylum seekers in Hong Kong. Rachel was a casework volunteer at HELP for several years during her university years. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her four-legged friend.
