Bernard is a partner at Ernst & Young (EY), where he has worked for over 30 years in several key executive positions. He specialises in strategy and transaction-related advisory services and has extensive experience in accounting & auditing, valuations, financial due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, and professional development.
As a Board Member of CPA Australia, Bernard is also an Honorary Adviser to the Greater China Divisional Council, in which he was a member from 2010 to 2018, serving as Deputy President in 2011 and President in 2012. Bernard is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), CPA Australia and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Bernard is responsible for HELP’s strategic planning and direction, specifically on the organisation’s finances.
